Alliance Kitchen 聯盟小廚, is a Chinese restaurant which serve both Chinese & Western Cuisine. After trying it, to my surprised the food are actually quite good and prices are comparable to Zi Char.

This Signature Soup dish is nourishing and beneficial for its cooling properties, maintenance of lungs health and boosting of energy levels.

The robust flavour is derived from simmering the kampong chicken, herbs and Hua Diao Wine for 10hours. Free of MSG.
