My favorite rojak stall located at Ang Mo Kio blk 347. The uncle uses good quality prawn paste and toast the you tiao to super crispy which make it super delicious! I believe this is the reason why this stall has survived for more than 15years.
The uncle will purposely toast the you tiao to abit char tar to make it crispy.
Btw the stall beside the Rojak, Uncle's Otah is also not bad, the otah is quite juicy and nice.
