Step by Step Recipe
For water dough
27.5g High protein flour / bread flour
27.5g Low protein flour/ cake flour
10g Icing sugar
20g Unsalted butter
25ml cold water
For oil dough
50g Low protein flour/ Cake flour
22g Clarified butter /Ghee
Food coloring
For filling:
Any paste 30g each x 6qty
