Childhood memories - Stir fry Sio bak with bek cai (Stir fry roasted pork with nabe cabbage)

When i(Mrs meow) was young, during Chinese New Year festival, our house will have this dish so as to clear the fridge. As my grandma had the habits of praying, so our house will have a whole duck, a whole chicken, 1 big fish, 1 big piece of sio bak (roasted pork) and other dishes prepared for the praying ceremony.
 Mrs meow intro this dish to fatclay and surprisingly fatclay loves it!

Stir fry Sio bak with bek cai (Stir fry roasted pork with nabe cabbage)
Stir fry Sio bak with bek cai

Ingredients:
200-300g Sio bak (roasted pork) 
500g-600g bek cai (nabe cabbage) (alternative, could use round cabbage)
Gralic (chopped)

Steps:
Step 1: Heat pan, add sio bak, and stir fry till oil coming out.
Step 2: Serve out sio bak and set aside or push it to the sides of the pans. Add garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
Step 3: Add back sio bak, add bek cai and stir fry it till soft.
Step 4: Ready to serve!
