You could try one at Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe.

After trying out at a few Korean Cafes, personally feel that Nunsaram Korean Dessert Cafe serve the best Bingsu, closest taste to what we have in Korea. And prices are quite reasonable.

Matcha Bingsu

The shaved ice is really thin like snow flake

We order a matcha Bingsu which cost $13.90.

The Bingsu came with a scoop of Matcha Ice cream, condense milk to pour over the Bingsu and lots of nuts(which i like it alot)!

Chocolate Bread

We also tried the thick toast which cost $6.90. The outer is crusty while the inside soft and fluffy. Although its quite fattening but I just the taste and texture of it.

Injeolmi Toast

Injeolmi $5.90. Taste ok but prefer the one we have at Cafe Insadong.
