Natural Purple Sweet Potato Bread

Natural Purple Sweet Potato Bread Rec


Ingredients

Purple sweet potato 100g (steamed and mashed)
Rice flour 50g
Bread flour 230g
Sugar 30g
1 Egg 
100ml water
Salt 1/2 tsp
Instant yeast 4g
Butter 30g
Full cream milk powder 20g

Steps for both Breadmaker & Manual way below.



Using breadmaker
put all the wet ingredients follow by dry ingredients and yeast in the breadmaker. 
Wait 3 hours and tata u have nice fluffy bread! 

*But do take note that hand kneaded bread will taste better!

Manual way
If no breadmaker, knead all ingredient except butter into a dough. This will take around 10-15mins. 
Then add in butter. 
Continue to knead for another 10-15 mins. 
(How to know whether it's okay, do the window panel test. 
Try pulling the dough, the dough should be elastic and not tore easily.) 
Then let the bread proof till double it size. It will take about 45mins to an hour. 
Then punch out the air. 
And roll it and put into bread tin and let it proof again. Preheat oven 180degree. 
Bake it for 20-25mins. 
Slice the bread after u have cool it.๐Ÿ˜Š
