Pan fried salmon is one of the easy meals to prepare and of cause it below the budget of $10!
Just sprinkle some pepper and salt on the salmon.
Heat pan, melt buttter (about 10g) and pan fried salmon on the skin side on medium-high heat for about 3-5minutes (for crispy skin) and on the other side for another 3-5minutes.
And it is ready to serve with your choice of sides!
Can be serve with veg (I just boil the broccoli and carrot then sprinkle a little salt for taste) and butter mushroom (heat pan, melt butter, add button mushroom, add salt and pepper for taste.)
Or veg and butter corn.
Or butter mushroom, butter corn and potato wedges.
With bacon, broccoli and butter button mushroom.
